Coordinating mobile field workers is fragmented across phone calls, spreadsheets, and WhatsApp groups. Companies lose visibility the moment an agent leaves the office. Incidents go unlogged, response times balloon, and managers have no real-time picture of what is happening in the field.

Klani replaces that chaos with a single platform: a web dashboard for coordinators and a Flutter mobile app for field agents. Workers receive tasks on their phone, report incidents with photos and GPS location, and update their status in real time. Coordinators see the full picture through live WebSocket feeds — no polling, no delay. The backend runs on Laravel with a multi-tenant architecture, isolated per company, deployed on Kubernetes for zero-downtime scaling.
